How refunds and cancellations work at SIP Abacus Kasavanahalli.
Free trial.
Your child's trial class is completely free and carries no commitment. You only pay once you decide to enrol, so there's nothing to refund if you choose not to continue after the trial.
Fees and billing.
Fees are collected at the start of each plan or billing cycle agreed at admission (for example monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans). What each plan includes is shared with you before you pay.
Cancelling an enrolment.
You can choose to discontinue at any time by letting our team know. Once you cancel, no further payments will be due for upcoming cycles.
Refund eligibility.
If you cancel before your child has attended any class in a given month, we refund that month's fees in full. Once even a single class has been attended that month, the fees for that month are non-refundable.
Missed or rescheduled classes.
Occasional missed classes can usually be supported through catch-up sessions or the practice platform rather than a refund. Where we need to cancel or reschedule a class from our side, we'll offer a suitable replacement.
Books, abacus, and other physical items.
For physical items such as books and abacus kits, we refund the full amount as long as the items haven't shipped yet. If they've already shipped, you may return them to us at your own cost; once we receive them and confirm they're undamaged, we'll arrange your refund. Because our prices include free shipping, the refund is the value of the items less the actual shipping cost we incurred. Registration fees cover physical materials, so these same terms apply to them.
