The terms that apply when you use SIP Abacus Kasavanahalli and our services.
Acceptance of terms.
By using this website, booking a trial, or enrolling your child in a programme with SIP Abacus Kasavanahalli, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services.
About our services.
We provide abacus and mental-math training for children through in-centre and online classes, along with a practice platform and learning materials. Class schedules, batch sizes, curriculum levels, and durations are shared during admission and may be updated from time to time.
Enrolment and trial classes.
A free trial class carries no obligation to enrol. Admission is confirmed once we agree on a batch and receive the applicable fees. We reserve the right to place a child in the level and batch best suited to their assessed starting point.
Fees and payment.
Fees are due on the 1st of the month in which your billing cycle begins. We allow a grace period until 11:59pm IST on the 10th of that month; fees paid after that are subject to a late fee. If you join partway through a month, the full month's fees are still payable — the classes missed at the start of that month are made up with additional classes, so nothing is lost. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate refund policy — see the "refund policy" page for full details.
Unpaid fees.
We reserve the right to withhold classes for any student whose fees remain unpaid after the 10th of the month. Your child is welcome back in class as soon as the outstanding dues and any applicable late fees are cleared.
Code of conduct.
We ask that students and parents treat our teachers, staff, and other families with respect, attend classes regularly, and complete the assigned practice. We may pause or end an enrolment where conduct disrupts a class or the safety and wellbeing of others. Where we end an enrolment for this reason, fees already paid for the remaining part of that month are not refunded.
Intellectual property.
All course materials, worksheets, the practice platform, and site content are the property of SIP Abacus Kasavanahalli or its licensors and are provided for your child's personal learning only. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability.
We work hard to help every child progress, but learning outcomes depend on regular attendance and practice and can vary from child to child. Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms as our programmes and services evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
